The procedure for providing notifications about the threat to consumer electrical safety
This Procedure defines the procedure for providing information on the threat to electrical safety of consumers and is designed to respond quickly and quickly localize events that pose a threat to the electrical safety of humans, animals or may lead to systemic equipment failures or accidents at work.
I. Actions of employees or witnesses of an accident or accident that poses a threat to electrical safety:
Deadline for submission of information: Immediately
To whom the information is provided: For employees – the immediate supervisor of the employee or other authorized person at the enterprise. For consumers – call: (067) 523-39-60
Procedure: In case of detection of circumstances that endanger the electrical safety of people, animals or may lead to systemic malfunctions of equipment or accidents at work, you must immediately keep a safe distance from the scene (in case of earth fault or falling tree on air wires lines, the safe distance is not closer than 8 meters), to inform about the danger of others, to prevent accidental passers-by or animals approaching the accident site and to report what happened through communication or direct manager or other authorized person of the company for consumers – call : (067) 523-39-60
II. Actions of managers or other authorized persons at the enterprise in case of receiving a notification of an accident or an accident that poses a threat to electrical safety:
Deadline for submission of information: Immediately;
To whom the information is provided: In case of fire at the facilities: inform the Department of Civil Protection, Fire Safety and Mobilization, the next dispatcher of the REM, UDF by means of communication. Tel. 101; by calling: (067) 523-39-60 Procedure: Field managers must first assess the situation and determine the consequences of an accident or other events that pose a threat to electrical safety, organize if necessary first aid, take immediate measures to prevent similar events.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
All disputes and disputes arising between the Supplier and the Consumer are resolved through negotiations.
In case of disagreement through negotiations, the Consumer has the right to apply for a dispute to the Natural Gas Market Regulator in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” and / or refer the dispute to consideration in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Procedure for Consideration of Complaints and Settlement of Disputes is defined in Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities”
